Having found your new home we can help you to 'settle in'

For rental properties, on move in day we can check the inventory and schedule of condition of your new home. This is very important to secure your deposit at the end of the tenancy but can easily be forgotten with the chaos of the boxes...... We can transfer utilities into your name, find your nearest doctor and check that they are accepting new patients, get someone to help unpack boxes, get someone to put together 'flat packs'......We can help with every aspect of the move in.

We can also help you find a new gym. a new football team for the children......anything of interest to you and your family. The Manchester area offers a huge range of hobbies and interests and if you want to do it, we can usually find it. As an example, we have recently found baseball and Australian Rules football teams close to Manchester.
